Data deletion

tomo's whole dataset about you is: your phone number, the items you created, your chat with tomo, your timezone, and your plan status. Here's how to have all of it erased.

Option 1 — stop now, auto-purge later

1. Text stop to tomo (or simply block the number).
2. All outbound messaging stops immediately.
3. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you return, then purged automatically.

Option 2 — immediate full deletion

1. Text stop to tomo from the number you want erased (this proves you control it).
2. Email hello@tomomind.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number.
3. Everything tied to that number — items, message history, account row, habit logs — is deleted within 7 days, and you'll get a confirmation reply before the mailbox forgets you too.

What deletion can't reach

• Copies of the WhatsApp conversation on your own phone — delete the chat locally if you want it gone from your device.
• Records held independently by Meta (message transport) and, if you ever paid, the legally-required transaction records at Dodo Payments — those are governed by their own policies.
