Open tomo in your browser and type your number once — or message @tomomind_bot on Telegram. No app store, no password: your phone number is your account, and your first message creates it.

Meta disabled tomo's WhatsApp line in August 2026 without stating a reason. Rather than wait, tomo moved — to Telegram and its own app. Every account and reminder survived: sign in with your number at tomomind.com/app and pick up where you left off. If WhatsApp comes back, it comes back as a third door.

Any major language, including romanized ones like Hinglish — "kal 5 baje Rahul ko call karna yaad dilana" works. tomo always confirms back what it understood, in your local time, so a misread surfaces immediately and you can fix it by replying, e.g. actually 6pm.

It's inferred from your phone number's country code the first time you text, and stated in your first confirmation. If it guessed wrong (common for multi-timezone countries), send timezone <your city> — e.g. timezone Mumbai.

Reminders are dispatched within about a minute of their scheduled time. Actual arrival also depends on your channel (Telegram or app notifications) and your connection — so treat tomo as very reliable, but not as a life-critical alarm (that's also in the terms).

Yes — "every Monday 8am", "1st of every month", "every 30 mins", and you can give quick cadences an active window: "every 30 mins from 9am to 6pm" or "during work hours" (no 3am water pings). Free accounts get up to 5 repeat pings a day for their first 30 days — a real month to let the habit form; Pro removes the cap. (Habits repeat daily for free — that's what they're for.)

Free accounts can have 3 reminders armed at once. A slot frees the moment a reminder fires or is completed or cancelled — so the tier keeps working forever. If everything's full, a new reminder waits and arms itself automatically when a slot opens. You can also earn bonus slots (e.g. a 7-day habit streak).

Reply snooze 15 (or any number of minutes). Repeating schedules stay untouched; only that ping comes back later.

Create a habit ("habit: gym at 7am daily"), get a daily ping, reply done. Each consecutive day grows the 🔥 streak; missing a day resets it — computed on your local midnight, wherever you are. Streaks are never locked behind the paywall.

The one that pinged you most recently. tomo's reply always names the habit it logged, so if it guessed wrong you'll see it instantly.

No. tomo only sends what you asked for, plus one optional morning digest of your own commitments — never tips or promotions. If you stop replying, the digest automatically steps down to every 3 days, then weekly, then pauses. Text stop and everything halts immediately.

Your number, your items, your chat with tomo, your timezone, and your plan. Nothing else — no contacts, no other chats, no trackers. Full details in the privacy policy, and you can delete everything anytime.

Text stop (or just block tomo). Outbound messages stop instantly. Your items are kept 90 days in case you come back, then purged — or request immediate deletion.

On Telegram — yes, in about 20 seconds: open the tomo chat, tap the name at the top, then Notifications, and pick a tone. In the tomo app, reminders arrive as normal phone notifications and use your phone's own sound settings.

Being straight with you about the limit: if notifications are switched off, or your phone is in Do Not Disturb or Focus, nothing tomo sends can override that — notification delivery is controlled entirely by your phone, not by us. Add Telegram (or your browser) to the allowed apps in Do Not Disturb / Focus and reminders get through, including at night.

Give it a few seconds — replies usually land in under five. If nothing arrives: check you messaged the right number, and try help. Still nothing? Contact us (below) with the approximate time you texted.

Check reminders — is it still listed and armed? Most misses are timezone surprises (fix with timezone <city>) or a phone-side notification setting. If it was armed and genuinely never came, tell us — delivery logs let us trace exactly what happened.
